Four stage aging, finished in PX Sherry casks.

Created by Master Blender Stephanie Macleod in 2019, the Dewar's Double Double 32 year old Blended Scotch Whisky is an innovatively crafted whisky that has become an award-winning favorite! The name Double Double is in reference to the four-stage aging process Macleod used in creating this masterful whisky, namely a process by which all the whiskies used in the blend are aged in select casks multiple times - including curated finishing in Pedro Ximenez ex-sherry casks. This methodology imparts the Double Double 32 Year Scotch with a truly distinctive and highly prized flavor profile. The distillates are first matured individually for a minimum of 32 years before being added to the blend and the resulting golden-hued whisky is bottled at 46% ABV.
